Founding and Vision.
The Well was established by Eryl Hulatt, a BACP-accredited counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the field. Building on her extensive practice and dedication to mental health, Eryl founded The Counselling Partnership in 2004, offering professional, confidential counselling services from her home in Bridgend. Recognising the growing need for a more expansive and holistic approach to mental well-being, Eryl extended her vision by creating The Well, a therapeutic sanctuary aimed at providing a serene escape from the stresses of everyday life.
